As a custom website design company, we are able to design websites to fit the needs of your practices. With our focus on the veterinary industry, we have spent years collecting data on how pet owners interact with veterinary websites.

We will work with your marketing team to develop the wireframe that will be used for all of your practices, if desired. This wireframe will cover the general formatting, and indicate areas where colors, branding, and photos will be changed per practice. Otherwise, we can make use of the WordPress template you have already designed, take over the existing websites and create the new sites as added using the existing framework.

Should you elect to keep the existing framework, we will apply our visual analytics platform to all of the managed websites in an effort to identify ways that the design can be improved for conversion as time goes on.

Onboarding Process Outline

  1. Sign Up & Onboarding Questionnaire
    When a new practice comes on board, an agreement shall be submitted to ViziSites with the new practice information. A welcome email will be sent to the applicable contact(s) for that location, which will include a link to an onboarding questionnaire to gather necessary details about that practice to be used on the website.
  2. Onboarding Call (optional)
    Once our team has the onboarding questionnaire in hand, a call will be scheduled with the practice to review details from the questionnaire if needed, and discuss any items that the practice should gather/send for use on the website.
  3. Site Build
    The website will be built using the MVP-approved template, changing out the logo, colors, content, and photos specific to that practice.
  4. Site Review & Edits
    Once the site build is complete, your ViziSites Account Manager will send a link to view the staging site in more detail. Contact(s) can notify the ViziSites Account Manager of any changes to make prior to launch via email or a scheduled phone call.
  5. Site Launch
    Once all requested edits are complete, the site can be launched upon the client’s approval. Prior to pointing the domain, the website files are set up on our servers to ensure that downtime is minimal. Generally site down time will be a matter of minutes, and then propagation is on average around 24 hours (industry standard). ViziSites team can handle domain updates in house, or can work with your IT team to ensure a smooth launch.

Add-On Features

In addition to our standard website design services, we offer a menu of other features that ensures your practices will be well taken care of with our firm. Any of these can be built into the standard template for each of your locations, or can be used on an individual basis as your marketing managers see fit for each location.

Your websites will be fully managed by our team so that you do not have to lift a finger, other than to email or call us with your changes. To submit a change request, you are able to call our office, email service@vizisites.com, or submit a form through our website.

Our turnaround time for basic site edits is within 2 business days, and often times they are fulfilled in the same business day. For larger change requests, such as adding new functionality or features to the website, there may be a longer turnaround. If this is ever the case, your designated contact will be provided with a time estimate for completion.

Our team is here not only for edit requests, but as a resource for your team. If they have ideas for something they’d like to implement, but aren’t sure how, our team is just a phone call away. We provide a concierge-level of service to all of our clients, willing and able to provide input and suggestions that will bring even more value to their online presence.

Having a measurable rate of return is important. Once the new website is live, you will have access to Google Analytics and Visual Analytics within the first month. At any time, you are able to view these data. Should you have questions regarding any data points, or your organic search rankings, our internet consultants are happy to review your website portfolio over the phone in a consultation. These consultations can be scheduled case by case on an as-needed basis, or can be set up as regular monthly appointments.
